FSD5 students are invited to participate in the Johnsonville Public Library's after school event on Tuesdays to "Read with Cooper."

Cooper, a certified therapy dog, is a "Tail Waggin' Tutor!" Beginning and reluctant readers are invited to come read to Cooper on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Cooper the Collie is a pro at providing calm companionship and judgement-free listening to boost young readers' confidence and skills. He is accompanied by his owner, Mrs. Gina Scroggins.
